Dear Parents,
Greetings for the day!
School election process is a time where students get to know about the process involved in choosing the right candidate for a particular post by using their right to vote and choose a governing body which represents the students of the school as one.
It gives them an understanding of the actual election process and the power of their vote which stands to change the future of the country.
The objective of appointing the Student Council is to provide a platform to the students to develop leadership qualities by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects on their own.
AIS wants to instil and imbibe a sense of responsibility of voting in the minds of the students. With a view to assist and support the school in this venture the school would request the parents to ensure that the students remain present in school to exercise their vote.
Students should come dressed in their sports uniform. 100% attendance is expected.
