Guidelines to Parents

We believe in the power of collaboration between parents and our educational institution. Our guidelines for parents serve as a roadmap for the shared journey of nurturing and educating our students. We value the essential role that parents play in their child's development and academic progress, and our guidelines are designed to ensure a harmonious and constructive partnership.

Arrival in School

  1. 1. The school gates will be closed as per following schedule :

    Class 1 to Class 12th - 7:55 A.M.
    Nur to UKG – 8:55 A.M.

    2. School Timings for Students - Grade Nur - UKG

    Monday to Friday 9 to 1 PM
    All Saturday's OFF

    3. School Timings for Students - Grades 1 to 10

    Mon to Friday - 8 to 2.30 PM
    1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday - 8 to 11 AM

    4. College Timings for Students - Grade 11th & 12th

    Monday to Friday - 8 to 2 PM
    1st, 3rd & 5th Saturday - 8 - 11 AM

  2. 5. The students arriving late will not be allowed to enter the school.Necessary disciplinary action will be taken against them.
  3. 6. Once the child reaches school, he/she will not be allowed to leave prior to the closing of the school working hours.
  4. 7. Please do not send the child to school if he/she is sick. No retest will be conducted in any case.

Punctuality

  1. 1. Your cooperation is requested to ensure that children are regular, punctual and disciplined.
  2. 2. All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term after each vacation.
  3. 3. Students must report to the school on time. Latecomers will not be allowed.

Birthday Celebration

  1. 1. Students celebrating their birthdays can come to school in civil dress, provided decency is maintained. Open and bold choices of attire will not be entertained.
  2. 2. Avoid chocolate distribution instead can donate a sapling or book to the library in the name of the student.
  3. 3. No gift policy to be strictly adhered in case of students of staff on any occasions.

GENERAL GUIDELINES TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS

Communication

  1. 1. Consult the school planner, date sheets and circulars regularly.
  2. 2. Please address all communication to the Principal through the class teacher. Clearly mention your child’s admission number, class and section in every communication.
  3. 3. You can meet the Principal and teachers during the visiting hours mentioned. Please do not try to contact the Principal or teachers over the phone.
  4. 4. You are requested to regularly check the school portal to keep yourself updated about all school activities. Parents must also download ‘Edunext Mobile App’ on their mobile phone from Google Play Store or IOS App Store for regular update about the school.
  5. 5. Please be sure to inform the school if there is any change in your address, designation or telephone numbers. This should be done in the format available in the front office.
  6. 6. Request to conduct examination on any other date other than those announced will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Responsibility

  1. 1. The students must be responsible for their own belongings. The school should not be held responsible for any loss.
  2. 2. Please mark all the belongings of your ward with the name, admission number, class and section.
  3. 3. Students are not allowed to carry mobiles in school.
  4. 4. Parents should collect the report card of the Annual Examination, only on the scheduled date or else it will be issued only after the school reopens for the new session.
  5. 5. Answer sheet of Half Yearly and Annual Examination will be shown only to the student, hence expecting to check them thoroughly in front of the concerned teachers only.

Safety

  1. 1. Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their ward at the bus stop (specially classes Pre-Nur to class III)
  2. 2. Please do not overtake or stop the school bus to facilitate the boarding of your ward, as it endangers the safety of others.
  3. 3. Students are not permitted to wear any jewellery or expensive watches to school (e.g. chains, rings, bangles, bracelets etc.) Girls may wear only one pair of ear rings or studs. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles.
  4. 4. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, any electronic gadgets, watches, etc. It will be confiscated.

Consideration

  1. 1. Parents are requested not to enter the classrooms to see their children. This can cause disturbance and distraction to everyone.
  2. 2. Please avoid criticizing the school or teacher in the presence of your child. This can result in the student losing respect for their teachers.

There are four houses with Red, Blue, Yellow and Green colour.

House system starts from Grade I Onwards.

Intra/Inter – House Competitions are conducted for enhancing the competitive skills of the students. Points are awarded to each House throughout the session for their performances in academics, co-curricular activities, games and sports. At the end of the session the House gaining the highest number of points will receive the coveted Best House Trophy.

Administrative Office

10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. (On All Working Days)

Meeting The Principal(with Prior Appointment)

10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (On Thursday’s)

During monthly PTM’s appointments are not needed.

Withdrawal

  1. 1. Continuation form would be shared with the parents on or after 15th Feb.
  2. 2. Submission date of the continuation will be till 15th March post which it will be considered as discontinuation.
  3. 3. Fee dues will be cleared before this dates.
  4. 4. Fees will be payable as per CBSE guidelines.
  5. 5. LC request, we will process it within 2 to 3 working days as we need to check for clearance from all departments.
