Important instructions for the Picnic.

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Kindly note the following:
1. Those parents who are sending their wards for the picnic need to send their consent via email to their class teacher stating that, "I give consent for sending my son/daughter ..................(name) for the picnic to Diamond Water Park at my own risk. School shall not be held responsible for any mishap."
2. Students need to report to school at 7.45am in their Sports Uniform.
3. The students need to carry Nylon dress & sports shoes compulsory, extra pair of dress, towel, plastic cover bag to carry wet clothes, cap, water and any medication (if required).
4. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided to the students.
5. Students have to be collected from school at 6pm. If there are changes in timings, the school will notify you.
6. Students of Preschool to Grade II have to be collected from school at 4pm.
7. Students should not carry any electronic gadgets, watches, headsets, mobile phones at all with them. School shall not be held responsible for the loss or theft of these items
8. The students who are not coming for the picnic must stay at home as it will be a holiday for them.
