Dear Parents,
Greetings!
We are delighted to announce that the school has organized a one-day picnic to Sneh Resort for all students from Grade Nursery to XII. The picnic aims to provide a fun-filled learning experience, relaxation, and an opportunity for students to bond with their classmates, along with various exciting activities as mentioned in the pamphlet.
Date of Picnic: 06.12.2025 (Saturday)
Location: Sneh Resort
Fee Structure:
• ₹900/- per student (Grade Nursery to IV)
• ₹1100/- per student (Grade V to XII)
The fee includes transportation, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, entry charges, and access to all resort activities.
Important Instructions:
• Students must submit the consent form through Edunext app and deposit the fees in cash with the class teacher on or before 29.11.2025.
• School sports uniform and Identity Card is mandatory.
• Reporting time at school on the day of the trip: 8:00 am
• Pick-up time from school: 6:00 pm
• Students should carry a water bottle, cap, extra pair of clothes, napkin, towel, medicines, and any personal medication if required.
• Parents must inform the class teacher of any allergies or special care required through the school portal only.
• Electronic gadgets (camera, mobile phones, etc.), valuables, or excess cash should not be carried. These items are strictly prohibited. The school will not be responsible for any loss of such items if brought.
We encourage all students to participate and make wonderful memories on this refreshing trip.
