Dear Parents,
Greetings!
This is a gentle reminder regarding the upcoming one-day picnic to Sneh Resort for students of Grades Nursery to XII. The picnic aims to provide a fun-filled and enriching experience through various exciting activities as mentioned in the pamphlet.
Date: 07 December 2025 (Sunday)
Venue: Sneh Resort
Fee Structure
₹900/- per student (Nursery to IV)
₹1100/- per student (V to XII)
The fee includes transportation, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, entry charges, and access to all resort activities.
Last Date for Fee Submission:
02 December 2025 (Tuesday)
The deadline has been extended by one day as per students’ requests. Entries will be locked after this date.
Important Instructions
Kindly submit the consent form through the Edunext app and deposit the fee in cash with the class teacher on or before 02.12.2025.
Students must wear the school sports uniform and carry their Identity Card.
Reporting time at school: 8:00 am
Pick-up time from school: 6:00 pm
Students should bring:
Water bottle, cap, extra clothes, napkin, towel, essential medicines, and any personal medication if required.
Parents are requested to inform the class teacher about any allergies or special care requirements through the school portal only.
Electronic gadgets (cameras, mobile phones, etc.), valuables, or excess cash are strictly prohibited. The school will not be responsible for any loss of such items.
