School Timings for Grades 6–9 (22nd & 23rd January)

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform you of the revised school timings for Grades 6 to 9 on Thursday, 22nd January and Friday, 23rd January, due to the Cyclothon event and related rehearsals.
Kindly ensure that students carry their tiffin, water bottle, and cap on both days.
Thursday, 22nd January
• Regular school hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Cyclothon rehearsal: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Students are required to stay back in school until 4:00 p.m.
Transport: Pickup facility will be available only for transport students. No drop facility will be provided.
Friday, 23rd January
• Reporting time: 11:30 a.m.
• Cyclothon event: 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.
Students are required to stay back in school until 4:00 p.m.
Transport: Transport facilities will not be available for pickup or drop. Parents are requested to make necessary arrangements to drop and pick up their wards at 4:00 p.m. It is a mandatory Event.
