Itihaasa Activity – Surya Namaskar Sessions During Assembly

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
As part of the Itihaasa activity, Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sessions are been conducted in school during assembly time .( as per timetable the day students have Itihaasa period).
Students are being introduced to Surya Namaskar during class hours, and the practical demonstration will take place on the ground. On the respective day, the Itihaasa schedule will be followed. Students who have an Itihaasa period are required to come in sports uniform and carry a yoga mat / a small rug on which yoga can be conducted.
Classes have been mentioned below
Friday - 6th Febraury - 2 A,B , 1 D, 5 A, 8 B
Please note that these sessions will be conducted during assembly time so that no academic time is lost. Parents are requested to ensure that their ward comes prepared for the same.
In case any student has health concerns and is unable to participate, parents are requested to inform the class teacher via email.
