Pending Fees, Attendance, Examination & Continuation Form

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform all parents that if any school fees are pending for your child, kindly clear all outstanding dues on or before 14th February 2026, as the school will be sharing continuation forms for the next academic year.
Despite continuous academic support, quality education, and facilities provided by the school, it is observed that some parents have not yet cleared the pending fees, even after repeated reminders.
Parents are hereby once again informed to ensure payment of all pending fees by 14th February 2026.
Please note the following important points:
Students with pending fees will not be permitted to attend classes.
Students will not be allowed to appear for the final examination.
Continuation forms for the next academic year will be issued only to students whose fees are fully cleared, and the student will not be promoted to the next academic year until all dues are cleared in full.
Payments made after 14th February 2026 will attract a late fee penalty of Rs 50 per day.
We request your immediate cooperation to ensure smooth academic functioning and to avoid inconvenience to your child.
If cleared, ignore the circular.
