Important Notice: School Authorization Mandatory for Sports Event Participation

Dear Parents,
Greetings of the day!
This is to inform all parents that *any sports event participation by students representing the school must be strictly permitted only through official communication/circular issued by the school authorities.*
It has been observed that sometimes students/parents receive information regarding sports tournaments or events through unofficial sources, personal contacts, or external organizers. In such cases, *the school is not responsible for the authenticity, safety arrangements, supervision, travel, or any incident occurring during such participation.*
*Important Instructions for Parents:*
1. *Parents must ensure that any sports circular/invitation is received ONLY through the school.*
2. If the circular is *not issued by the school, the event will be treated as **unauthorized participation*.
3. In such cases, *the school will not be responsible* for the student's participation, safety, travel, or any untoward incident.
4. Going forward, if any student informs that they are participating in a sports event in the name of the school, *parents must reconfirm the same with the school before giving consent.*
5. Students are advised *not to commit or register for any event claiming school participation without official approval.*
We request all parents to cooperate and support the school in ensuring student safety and proper authorization for all activities.
