Greetings of the day!
This is to inform you that the Open House for Grades LKG to IX and the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Grade X the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) has been scheduled on Saturday, 1st August 2026.
Please find below the allocated time slots as per roll numbers:
Slot 1: Roll Nos. 1–10 – 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Slot 2: Roll Nos. 11–20 – 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Slot 3: Roll Nos. 21–30 – 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Slot 4: Roll No. 31 onwards – 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Please note:
-Students may accompany their parents for the Open House/PTM to discuss their academic performance.
-They must be dressed in proper school uniform and carry their school ID card.
-Kindly ensure that all pending fees are cleared to avoid any inconvenience during the Open House/PTM.
-Parents are requested to adhere to the allotted time slot and arrive on time.
-Kindly keep the discussion short and brief to ensure that all parents receive adequate time with the teachers.
