Mr. Ganesh Pawar, the principal, brings with him over 26 years of extensive experience in the field of education, having served in various reputed CBSE schools and colleges. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held various leadership positions, such as CBSE CTET Observer, CBSE Evaluator, etc. His vast experience has enabled him to develop a strong foundation in academic leadership, effective administration, and student-centric education.
His vision for education is progressive and future-orientated. He strongly emphasises alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), focusing on holistic development, competency-based learning, and nurturing critical thinking skills among students. He also advocates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and modern technology in education, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills required to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
Mr. Ganesh is known for his calm and composed approach in handling situations. His ability to remain balanced and thoughtful in decision-making fosters trust and confidence among staff and students alike. He firmly believes in teamwork and collaboration, encouraging active participation from staff members, which helps in creating a positive and harmonious atmosphere within the school.
