Mandatory Compliance with School Uniform and Dress Code

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
This is to bring to your attention that, despite repeated reminders, some students are still not adhering to the school’s prescribed uniform, footwear, grooming, and appearance guidelines.
It has been observed that some students are coming to school with incomplete or dirty uniforms, torn or damaged shoes, non-prescribed footwear such as Crocs, different bags instead of the prescribed school bag, improper hairstyles, and non-permitted accessories.
Parents are requested to strictly ensure the following:
*.Boys must have a proper, neat haircut. Long, untidy, or inappropriate hairstyles are not permitted.
* Girls must wear the prescribed school hairband and maintain a neat and tidy hairstyle.
* Students must wear a clean, complete, and properly maintained school uniform every day.
* The school hoodie/jacket must be properly maintained and worn appropriately. If the zipper of the school hoodie/jacket is damaged or not functioning properly, parents are requested to get it repaired at the earliest. Students should not come to school with the hoodie unzipped or in a damaged/untidy condition.
* Torn, damaged, or worn-out shoes are not permitted. Parents are requested to regularly check the condition of their ward’s shoes and replace them when required.
Crocs, slippers, sports shoes, or any other non-prescribed footwear are not permitted.
* Students must carry the prescribed school bag and not any other bag.
* Students must wear their school ID card every day.
* Silver, gold, or other non-prescribed accessories are strictly not permitted.
In case a student has a genuine medical or other unavoidable reason such as religious call for wearing any non-prescribed accessory, prior written permission must be obtained by emailing the Class Teacher. Please note that such permission must be obtained every academic year, even if permission was granted in the previous year. Permission granted in one academic year will not automatically continue into the next academic year.
Parents are also requested to ensure that students do not bring valuable or unnecessary personal belongings to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss, misplacement, or damage to personal belongings brought by students.
If your ward is attending Physical Activity (PSA), please ensure that the complete school uniform is sent along with them so that they can change before attending their regular classes.
Please note that, going forward, students found wearing an improper, incomplete, dirty, damaged, or non-prescribed uniform or footwear may be required to sit in the library for the entire school day or may be sent back home. Such students may miss their regular classes, which could result in academic loss. Parents are therefore requested to take this matter seriously and ensure compliance on a daily basis.
The purpose of these guidelines is not simply to regulate appearance, but to promote uniformity, discipline, neatness, equality, and a sense of belonging among all students. Consistent adherence to the school dress code plays an important role in maintaining the standards and discipline of the school.
We seek your full cooperation and support in ensuring that your ward comes to school every day in the complete, clean, neat, and prescribed uniform, with the appropriate haircut/hairstyle, hairband, properly maintained hoodie/jacket, footwear, ID card, and school bag.
Your cooperation will help us maintain the expected standards of discipline, uniformity, and professionalism within the school.
