Greetings of the day!
This message is regarding the documents required for the GR (General Register) procedure for students who have been promoted from UKG to Grade 1 and have been studying in our school.
As part of the Grade 1 Admission Confirmation for the academic year 2026–27 and the school’s official documentation and record-keeping process, we are required to collect and verify the following documents:
Documents Required for Grade 1
Original Birth Certificate
Aadhaar Card photocopies – Student, Father and Mother
Residential Proof
Previous Class Marksheet photocopy
Passport-size Photographs – Student, Father and Mother
Caste Certificate – If applicable
Kindly submit the above-mentioned documents to the school office on or before 28th September 2026, to ensure that the GR procedure and admission documentation are completed smoothly and without any delay.
Parents are requested to ensure that all documents submitted are clear, valid, updated, and accurate. In case of any discrepancy in the details mentioned in the documents, kindly inform the school office at the earliest.
