Dear Parents,
Greetings of the Day!
We are delighted to announce Jalsa Night 2026, a special event planned to provide our students with a unique, enjoyable, and memorable experience!
Our Student Council members and Class Representatives are actively involved in planning and organising this event to make it exciting and engaging for everyone. Jalsa Night will provide students with a wonderful opportunity to showcase their creativity, entrepreneurial skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities. It will also help them develop a sense of responsibility, understand the importance of collaboration, and enjoy a fun-filled evening with their peers.
We would like to inform you that Jalsa Night 2026 will be held for one day only, on Friday, 16th October 2026. The event is exclusively for students from Grades 1 to 12. not for Parents.
1. Stall Participation
Students interested in setting up food stalls or other creative stalls are welcome to participate and showcase their ideas.
- A participation fee of ₹500 per stall will be applicable.
- The stall fee must be paid to the school accountant on the day of the event.
This initiative aims to encourage students to develop their entrepreneurial skills, creativity, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
2. Competitions and Awards
Exciting competitions will be organised during Jalsa Night, and trophies will be awarded to the winners. The competition categories are as follows:
- Best Group Dancer
- Best Dressed Girl and Best Dressed Boy (Best Dressed Couple)
- Rising Solo Star
- Dandiya Dress Star
Competition Registration and Fee
- A participation fee of ₹100 per competition will be applicable.
- Parents are requested to register their wards through the Google Form link provided below.
- The applicable participation fee must be paid on the spot on the day of the event.

3. Event Details
- Date: Friday, 16th October 2026
- Timings: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Participants: Students from Grades 1 to 12
- Venue: Arise International School, Bhosari
4. Important Instructions for Parents
- Parents are requested to drop off and pick up their wards within the specified timings.
- Kindly ensure that your ward is picked up promptly at 8:30 p.m.
- Parents are requested not to attend the event, as Jalsa Night is organised exclusively for students.
