Greetings of the Day!
We are delighted to announce Jalsa Night – Season 3, 2026, a special celebration designed to provide our students with a unique, enjoyable, and memorable experience!
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the change in the event schedule. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the circular shared yesterday mentioned that Jalsa Night would be conducted over only one day. However, keeping in mind the format followed in previous years and our desire to create a wonderful experience for our students, parents, and staff, we have decided to celebrate Jalsa Night 2026 over two days, as originally envisioned.
The event will be organised grade-wise as follows:
Friday, 16th October 2026: Pre-Primary to Grade 3
Saturday, 17th October 2026: Grades 4 to 12
We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologise once again for any inconvenience caused.
Our Student Council members and Class Representatives are actively involved in planning and organising this event to make it exciting and engaging for everyone. Jalsa Night will provide students with a wonderful opportunity to showcase their creativity, entrepreneurial skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities. It will also encourage them to develop a sense of responsibility, understand the importance of collaboration, and enjoy a fun-filled evening with their peers.
Parents, extended family members, friends, and neighbours are warmly invited to join us and enjoy the celebrations!
1. Stall Participation
Students interested in setting up food stalls or other creative stalls are welcome to participate and showcase their ideas.
A participation fee of ₹500 per stall, per day will be applicable.
The stall fee must be paid to the school accountant on the day of the event.
Stall allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We request everyone to cooperate with the organising team and respect the allocation process to ensure smooth arrangements.
This initiative aims to encourage students to develop entrepreneurial skills, creativity, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
2. Competitions and Awards
Exciting competitions will be organised during Jalsa Night, and trophies will be awarded to the winners.
The competition categories are as follows:
Best Group Dancer
Best Dressed Couple
Rising Solo Star
Dandiya Dress Star
My Mom, My Bond
My Dad, My Strength
Rocking Parent Solo
Competition Registration and Fee
A participation fee of ₹100 per competition will be applicable.
Parents are requested to register their wards using the Google Form link provided below.
The applicable participation fee must be paid on the spot on the day of the event.

Participants: Students from Grades 4 to 12
Venue: Arise International School, Bhosari
