Stall and participation charges and its payment mode

Greetings of the Day!
Please note the following important instructions regarding stalls and competition participation for Jalsa Night – Season 3, 2026:
1. Stall Charges: A fee of ₹500 per stall must be paid in cash on the spot to our accountant, Mr. Saurabh Kadam.
2. Stall Allotment: Stalls will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Competition Participation Fees: Students participating in the competitions must pay a participation fee of ₹100 per competition in cash at the registration desk to the team responsible for recording the participants’ names.
We kindly request all parents and students to follow these instructions and extend their cooperation to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the event.
