We are pleased to introduce 'Project Atmabodh', a district-wide career guidance initiative launched across Latur for students in Grades 8 to 10.
Key Highlights of the Initiative:
About the Organization: Mazha Career Guide Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization honored with the National Youth Award by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
Leadership: Founder Vidhi Palsapure serves as an invited member on the Youth Policy Committee, Government of Maharashtra.
Purpose: To assess students' cognitive abilities, emotional quotient, and personality traits to deliver customized, data-driven career counseling.
Assessment Structure : A 30-question online assessment covering Cognitive Intelligence, Personality Development, and Emotional Intelligence. Students receive real-time career recommendations upon completion.
