Dear parents,
Greetings!
You are requested to use the Escort Cards for picking your children from school mandatorily. No child will be handed over to the parent without the escort card. This practise is needed to ensure the safety and security of the children in view of the Child abduction cases prevalent in the city.
You are required to take this practise gravely. No parent will be allowed to disregard this practise. No parent to seek any excuse in this regard. Parents are strictly prohibited from sending their neighbours, uncles, aunts, brother, sister, driver, shop attendant, house attendant or colleague to pick up the child from school.
We shall not send the child even with the parent without escort card.
If your ward has not received the Escort Card, then it means that the parents photographs have not been submitted to the Admin Office.
These parents are requested to kindly submit photographs immediately to the school admin office after which Escort cards will be printed and handed over to your ward.
The Escort cards are to be used for the next two academic years and has to be brought everyday to the school by the parent.
