POCSO training has been conducted in our school for all the Grades from Nursery to Grade 12th. The POCSO Act, 2012 is a comprehensive law that aims to provide for the protection of children from the offences of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and pornography, while safeguarding the interests of the child at every stage of the judicial process. The Act incorporates child-friendly mechanisms for reporting, recording of evidence, trial, and appeal to ensure that the child's interests are protected throughout the process. How to protect themselves or other such victims was also discussed.
